TenForce is cooperating on many European Research Projects (FP7, HORIZON 2020), such as Big Data Europe, Your Data Stories, SPECIAL, TRAPEZE, AI-PROFICIENT,… and it is for these research activities that we are looking for a fellow Project Management Analyst, a position requiring a mix of entry-level project management and business analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and documentation skills. We are looking for a clear communicator and quick learner. Someone who enjoys interacting with different people and thrives on learning more about cutting-edge technology (AI, ML, Semantic Web).

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the task list, resource consumption, milestones and deadlines the Senior Project Manager is responsible for across various projects
• Facilitate regular and ad hoc meetings (manage agendas, organize meeting notes, and follow-up on action items) with internal stakeholders and project partners.
• Plan, organize and track day-to-day activities of the project team(s). Frequent and continuous communication to manage expectations and proactively escalate important matters, eventual issues and risks.
• Review and contribute to deliverables from different stakeholders to ensure a high level of quality, accuracy and timeliness.
• Create business analytics reporting/dashboards in Power BI by synthesizing information from multiple data sources. Those will be the basis for business decisions and strategic planning.

Who are we looking for:

• Competency in IT related subject matter through relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
• Power BI adept
• Clear verbal and written communicator
• Someone with strong organizational skills, willing to share knowledge and tips on the subject matter and to support team members how to organize their work better
• Quick learner of new business and technical domains
• Welcomes challenge under pressure, being able to juggle change and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curiosity around technical concepts and familiarity with logical problem solving
• English is a must, any other language is a plus
