Manager Responsibilities:
- Able to locate, develop, define, and close business relationships.
- Able to participate in direct sales and marketing as needed
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and publications.
- Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals for feasibility and acceptable value
- Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
- Closes new business deals.
- Keep track of progress in the Hubspot CRM.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong speaking, written communication, and presentation skills
- Efficient use of computer data entry and retrieval including Microsoft Office
- Two (2) years of attendance at a college or university
- One (1) year of business development management or sales/ marketing experience working with software or technology products
- Market knowledge pertinent to PDC products and clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of sales or marketing experience working with software or technology products
