Business Development Manager – Nordics

For our office in Sweden or Norway, we are looking for an experienced business development manager, obsessed by closing, customer success and impact in a B2B environment.
You will have a pioneering role in helping TenForce develop new business and understand the needs of our stakeholders in the EHSQ management, manufacturing, and process industries sector. You will have the support from Elisa IndustrIQ team in Finland.
What are we looking for:
- About 2-3 years of experience with B2B software sales.
- Passion for developing new business and charting new territory.
- The right level of creativity, project management, business analysis, and people management skills to craft sophisticated deals for large (international) organizations.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to articulate ideas on paper in a concise and attractive way for emails and proposals.
- Ability to give presentations and product demos.
- Contribute to and drive the proposal process.
- Treat our Hubspot CRM as a sacred object by reporting what happens with contacts, deals and accounts and by using the results from campaigns, outbound activities, …
- Located in Sweden or Norway.
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and excellent working knowledge of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing, ability to provide input, reuse, and build on top of content marketing and B2B digital campaigns.
- Mild level of craziness.
