We are looking for an experienced IT & Web Operations Team Lead to help us continue growing and provide the best experience to our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 2-4 engineers. You should be able to guide your team to build and maintain our Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure.

You will be required to be hands-on in some situations, including but not limited to technical reviews, implementing sensitive changes, supporting our commercial teams with tenders, and addressing urgent needs.

You will be reporting to the COO and will ensure your team, and the other Development and Testing teams are in alignment to support the business strategies through the proper development of IT capabilities.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Maintain our Applications Infrastructure and DevOps Infrastructure and advise on optimizations to appropriately maximize security, stability, scalability, cost, and performance
• Monitor all Test and Production Infrastructure and respond rapidly with your team to urgent situations.
• Continuously look to automate manual practices to help build efficiencies overtime.
• Collaborate with other Technical Leaders to achieve 99.75% uptime of our platform
• Collaborate with the software development team to proactively implement intelligent monitoring and alerting that helps to identify and communicate important issues to the right team.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone wanting to lead the team responsible of building and maintaining all the Applications Infrastructure and DevOps Infrastructure needed by our TenForce platform and internal applications.
• You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, identifying, and tackling different challenges
• You have hands-on experience in supporting physical IT infrastructure (compute, network, storage), working with network architecture and client server technology and layer 7 routing & HTTP protocols have no secret to you.
• You also have experience with IIS WebServer, with common web application stacks and how to configure them
• You can handle application load balancers, reverse proxies, and web application firewalls with a smile
• You have a mild level of craziness!

Technologies you’ll be working with:

• Hands-on experience with VMWare, ESX, NSX, DFS, Azure, CI/CD tooling
• Good knowledge and understanding of Web applications (ASP.Net, C#, IIS, MS SQL, Redis, ElasticSearch…), Ansible, Office 365
