What’s so fun about team building events, here, at TenForce? Suspense. Unlike other companies where you usually know what you’re doing beforehand, activities here are shrouded in mystery until the very last minute. As always, the most recent event was no different.

The invitation mentioned something about “resurrecting precious games” and included ancient-looking symbols which we believed were runes. We knew where to go, what to bring and what we’d eat. And that was it. Leave it to TenForce to keep you guessing.

Naturally, the entire office was curious about the upcoming team event, and the wildest theories went round. We wouldn’t know for sure until the date of the event, so all we could do was keep speculating. And who doesn’t love a bit of a surprise?

The much anticipated day eventually came and we finally knew what we signed up for. Donning Viking outfits, we split into teams and engaged in a little friendly competition of archery, caber tossing, hammer throwing, potato sack races, tug-of-war and kubb. It was truly a scene the Vikings of old would be proud of.
